How do I purchase with Western Union?
Place your order by Phone or by or Place an Order Form with them.
Complete the BLUE Payment Services form at their Office.

If your sending $0.01 to $3,000.00 their fee is $15.00 plus tax.
$3,000.01 to $5,000.00 their fee is $25.00 plus tax.

When will my credit card be charged for my order?
We do not use unsecure automation. I will process your card directly when you contact us to complete your order.

Do you share or sell personal information?
Absolutely not! Our privacy policy is strictly enforced and ensures that your personal information will never be made available to outside sources.

Do you have a print catalog?
A print catalog is not available at this time, but we are trying to have one for our customers by the end of the year.

What are the methods of shipping and transit times?
We offer several methods of shipping.
We ship, using the most economical and reliable method.
The method we use, depends on the item's size, weight and your location.
This is why we offer Free Shipping to the 48 contiguous States.
Our 2 Usual Methods are U.S.P.S. Standard, U.P.S. Ground.
We also use Fed-Ex on occassion upon request.
Our third method is Freight for items in excess of 150 lbs. and/or items that exceeds U.P.S. size limits.
You do have the option to choose an alternate or preferred method.
If you use your option, we will charge the difference of the cost for this plus an additional handling fee of $9.75 for Domestic service.
Alaska, Hawaii and Canada Residents will not be charged any handling fee under our standard shipping services. Only the additional cost above what it costs us to ship to the lower 48 States. If you use an optional method other that our standard service, that difference will be added plus an additional handling fee of $9.75 for the optional service.
All Foreign Orders will have a Handling fee of $24.95 in addition to the shipping fee.
Optional Shipping service can be used by request only on Foreign orders.
All items entering a foreign country and Canada are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The invoice must reflect actual product prices for items shipped. Customs duties and taxes will be billed to you by the shipping company at the time of delivery.
Transit times are usually 4 to 5 days for the 48 States. 6 to 7 days for Alaska and Hawaii. Foreign Orders depend on the Shipping service used and Customs.

What if I order a freight shipped size item and a semi truck can't get to my home?
If an 18-wheeler can't reach your home, please contact us before placing your order and let us know the items you want to order and your shipping zip code. If you are willing to meet the 18-wheeler at a near-by location, that usually can be arranged. If we need to arrange for a smaller truck to get the furniture or large item to you, there may a special delivery charge. You may call Bob at the number at the top of the page or e-mail him on the "Contact Us" page. Thanks!

What is your policy on international or foreign shipping?
Foreign orders are classified as those items being shipped outside of the U.S., Canada, or U.S. territories. All foreign orders must be pre-paid. Actual freight charges will be based on weight and billed upon shipment. 
Delivery and handling on all foreign orders is $24.95 per order. This is non-refundable and it’s the same no matter how much you order. 
You are responsible for all shipping charges. We do our best to find you the most economical shipping rates but only with Reliable Shipping Companies. 
Air Freight shipping is similar to truck freight—it’s reserved for oversized items. Orders are shipped to the nearest international airport, where you are responsible for paying duty, tax, brokerage, etc.  A door-to-door Air Freight service may also be available. Please call us for more information on Air Freight orders.

No foreign orders will be shipped the same day the order is placed. This is due to documentation, Clearance of Payment and Item Availibility.  Foreign orders take an additional amount of processing time due to the necessary documentation that must accompany the orders. We appreciate your understanding and we will ship your order as quickly as possible.
