Online orders can be placed using our 100% secure online shopping cart system through homestead technologies. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. Credit cards are automatically charged when ordering on this website.

Refund Policy
The Great Bear Show takes great pride in customer satisfaction. After all, it is you that is helping the Bears with your purchase.
We personally inspect every product that we carry before shipping with the exception of large items that we have shipped directly from the manufacturer to help keep our prices down. We however can not guarentee the condition of your merchandise once it is in the shipper's control.

When you visit our website and access information, you remain anonymous. Personal information from visitors to our website is collected on a voluntary basis only and an explanation is provided as to its use at the time it is requested. This collected personal information is used to respond to online queries, supply requested information on the products and enable online sales, ship ordered products, establish approved links, and for internal market analysis. Shipping

Shipping time for most items is 8 to 10 business days. Some items may take up to 3 to 4 weeks or more for delivery. Please see product information page for estimated shipping time.

Some of the products we sell may be shipped directly from our distributors. If you order more than one item you may receive your order in separate deliveries.
 

Returns

Returns require a return authorization number from The Great Bear Show. Please email thegreatbearshow@msn.com for your return authorization number and return address for your package. Return authorization numbers and instructions are only provided via email or mail. Any shipping costs associated with a return will be refunded at the discretion of The Great Bear Show. Packages returned without an authorization number will not be accepted and will be returned to the shipper. The Great Bear Show must be notified within 5 business days for any damaged or defective merchandise received. Return authorization for damaged or defective merchandise after 5 business days will be at the discretion of The Great Bear Show. Returns for other than defective/damaged items will be at the discrection of The Great Bear Show and may require a restocking charge. The merchandise must be adequately packed in it's origional package and insured before returning. Custom orders, special orders, clearance products, multi-item orders, discontinued items and promotional items are nonrefundable. Apperal, linens and any other body contact items cannot be returned or refunded if the packaging seal has been opened, due to health regualtions.

Track Order

Once you have completed your order you will recieve a tracking number by e-mail once your order has shipped. Simply click on shipper's logo below and enter your tracking number.
